Arthur L. Rice
Mr. Rice has over fifty years of experience in multiple industries. After earning a management degree from the Walter Heller School of Commerce at Chicago's Roosevelt University, Mr. Rice spent several years in the manufacturing and construction equipment industries. Beginning in 1970, Mr. Rice began a thirty-year career in the health care industry including consulting services to the U.S. Department of Health, Education and Welfare, as well as executive positions at Life Systems and Service Corporation, The Dallas Group, Inc., Texas Instruments, BSD Medical Corporation, American Affiliation of Visiting Nurse Associations, Hospital HomeCare Corporation and Medical Innovations, Inc. Mr. Rice is Senior Partner of the MCR Venture Partners group and serves as Board Chairman and President of Norton Automotive Group.

 

Tom A. Colvin
Mr. Colvin brings over thirty-five years of work experience [thirteen of which with Accenture, formerly Andersen Consulting] working with individuals and companies in a multiplicity of industries, including banking, capital markets, trade finance, manufacturing/fabrication, transportation, pharma/clinical research, information technology, construction, education, energy services, communications and philanthropy.  Mr. Colvin's expertise as business architect, enterprise strategist and operations manager is focused on enabling mergers and acquisitions, business startups, capital acquisition, customer relationship management, information technology, strategic finance, operations management, "turnarounds" and project management.  Mr. Colvin earned a BS in Chemical Engineering at Louisiana Tech University and an MBA in Finance from Texas Christian University. Mr. Colvin is Senior Principal for MCR Capital Advisors Corporation.

 

Michael W. McKee
Mr. McKee is a seasoned finance professional with three decades of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, and executive level financial management. He earned an MBA from the University of Oklahoma and spent his first decade as a corporate lender with large U.S. and European banks. For the majority of the past twenty years, Mr. McKee has focused on M&A activities, working both as an advisor and principal on dozens of transactions comprising an aggregate value of several billion dollars. Mr. McKee's experience is deepest in the energy and technology markets; however, he has executed transactions across a variety of industries. Mr. McKee also brings significant experience serving as an executive and as a board member in both private and publically traded companies.
